ipq807x) and some mvebu targets.

He did the conversion of ipq40xx target to DSA and made possible the
introduction of the ipq807x target by sorting all the QSDK downstream
patch and pushing them upstream.

With his help, also the ipq60xx is very close on getting merged and
actually used permitting support of even more device for OpenWrt.

Also he is almost always reachable on IRC openwrt-devel and never had
a problem in coordinating and collaborating with him.

I think Robert is a good addition to our team and would massively help
me (Ansuel) in maintaining each IPQ target and review all the related
PR on github and patchwork.
I would like to add Robert to the OpenWrt committers team.

2024-01-31 Thread David Hutchison
I know I don't have a vote, but he helped me personally port the
Mikrotik hAP AC2 ( IPQ40xx based ) platform to OpenWRT and was a huge
help in unravelling this platform.

If I could +1, I would!! Having him on the team and adding IPQ60xx
support would be amazing!
There are several platforms I'd immediately start helping port if
IPQ60xx and IPQ50xx were merged upstream!!

Awesome work Robimarko!!

Yeah I have it in my new patch set for the 6846, so we don't
have to unconditionally compile in the mv88e6xxx switch into all
bcm6328 kernels. (Those are footprint-sensitive.)

I updated the initramfs and sysupgrade images on my site especially
for you so you can test it :)

I try to trickle in the required patches a bit at the time.

Is this what we tested on 6846? Or this is what you've been cooking? :)

I'm almost certain it's the latter.
