[opnfv-tech-discuss] [fuel] FW: Cleaning up Fuel @ OPNFV committer rolls

2018-05-04 Thread Alexandru Avadanii
Hi,
Forwarding this to the list (and attaching responses), so mailman will archive
it and we can link it in [1].
After this cleanup, we will have 3 Fuel committers, all of them currently
active.

BR,
Alex

Subject: Cleaning up Fuel @ OPNFV committer rolls

Hi folks,
we are trying to reorganize the Fuel project.
We currently have a large list of committers, who are not very active. This
makes decisions which require committer vote hard. So we would like to prune
this list down to people who intend to actively participate in the project.

If you would like to remain a committer on the Fuel project.
Please notify me and Cristina by May 2nd.

Thanks
Greg

Hi All,

Gerrit is available again.

We're still investigating[1] to ensure the root cause has been
identified and fixed.

If the status changes we'll provide an update.

Hi All,

We're currently investigating an issue[1] with the firewall in the
datacenter where Gerrit is hosted.

Will provide an update in 15 minutes.

Re: [opnfv-tech-discuss] [release][fraser] Fraser 6.1 - May 25

2018-05-04 Thread David McBride
Reminder... we are just 3 weeks (May 25) from the Fraser 6.1 release. Some
things to keep in mind:

   - Please make sure that the "intent-to-release" column on the scenario
   status page
   is up-to-date.
   - If you released a scenario in Fraser 6.0, you are expected to also
release it in 6.1 and 6.2.

[opnfv-tech-discuss] [releng] Stepping down as Releng PTL

2018-05-04 Thread Fatih Degirmenci
Hi,

I would like to announce that I decided to step down as Releng PTL.

As you know, I’ve been Releng PTL for quite some time and I believe it is now
time to let someone else to take this role and bring in new ideas to make
Releng even better.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for
your support and patience to my endless complaints over the years. I think
we’ve achieved lots of great things together.

With this mail, I would also like to kick off the nomination period for the new
PTL. If anyone is interested in taking this role, please announce your
nomination by replying to this mail.
The nomination period will be open until Wednesday, May 9th, 15:00UTC, followed
by a vote on Gerrit.

/Fatih
