2018-11-12 Thread Aric Gardner via RT
Hi, The last invite shows and sent. perhaps its in the spam folder?

I have added him directly.

vmytnykx has been added to the group opnfv-gerrit-yardstick-submitters.

So there should be no problems now.

[OPNFV Helpdesk #61017] RE: [opnfv-tech-discuss] [Yardstick] to be come a Yardstick contributor

2018-09-22 Thread Aric Gardner via RT
Hello,

Viosoft is not to my knowledge an member of the linux foundation networking
project.
And so I need to request that the manager of the employees listed below signs
off on the CLA before I can invite them to the
opnfv-contributors group.

Here is the wikipage with information
https://wiki.opnfv.org/display/DEV/Authorization+for+non-LFN+member+developers

You manager will need to follow the link for 'Authorization from Non-Member
Developer's Employer'

[OPNFV Helpdesk #60585] Re: [opnfv-tech-discuss] [Edgecloud] Request to become contributor

2018-09-07 Thread Aric Gardner via RT
Hi Fuqiao,

We have changed things to eliminate per project contributors groups. There is
now a global group opnfv-gerrit-contributors. (If you check your groups in
gerrit you will see that you are already a member.) Moving forward all opnfv
contributors have equal permissions in jira and gerrit, with only submitters
having extended rights in their projects.
In light of this, Mark is already able to contribute to your project in gerrit
and Jira.

Regards,
Aric

[opnfv-tech-discuss] [OPNFV Helpdesk #54098] 答复: Apply to become a contributor of the Compass4nfv

2018-04-16 Thread Aric Gardner via RT

Hi,

I've sent you an invitation to join the compass4nfv contributors group. Once
you accept you should have permissions to push code up to Gerrit for any OPNFV
project. If you haven't done so already, you will need to add an ssh-pubkey[0]
to Gerrit and sign the licensing agreement[1].

Please reach out to us here (helpd...@opnfv.org) if you have any questions or
issues.

Welcome to OPNFV and thanks for contributing

Regards,
Aric Gardner

2017-12-04 Thread Aric Gardner via RT
Hi Gordon,

I've sent you an invitation to join the Barometer contributors group.
Once you accept you should have permissions to push code up to Gerrit
for any OPNFV project. If you haven't done so already, you will need
to add an ssh-pubkey[0] to Gerrit and sign the licensing agreement[1].

Please reach out to us here (helpd...@opnfv.org) if you have any
questions or issues.

Welcome to OPNFV and thanks for contributing

Hi, Is there a space in your linuxfoundation ID?

If so please let me know, you will need to create a new ID as spaces
and special characters break gerrit.

If you do not have a second email address to freee up the first one I
will have to escalate to my internal helpdesk.

Once you have a new account, I will send you a new invite.

[opnfv-tech-discuss] [OPNFV Helpdesk #37846] [openretriever]Please add Guo.RuiJing as a contributor to OpenRetriever Project

2017-03-16 Thread Aric Gardner via RT
Hi Xuan,

Once a developer has permissions for one opnfv repository, he can contribute to
any other repository. An additional group membership will give him extended
rights to close tickets in the openretriever jira.

Generally unless this right is needed I keep developers in their original opnfv
group.

Regards,
Aric

Hi, Qiwei Li

I have sent you an invite to join the compass4nfv contributors group.
If you don't have one, this will prompt you to create a linux
foundation account.
Please choose a username without spaces or special characters as
gerrit requires a valid unix username.
You will also need to sign the individual CLA and Upload an ssh key in
gerrit, this can be done by clicking on your user name once logged
into gerrit.

Don't hesitate to contact me via helpdesk
(opnfv-helpd...@rt.linuxfoundation.org ) if you have any further
questions.

Re: [opnfv-tech-discuss] [OPNFV Helpdesk #35878] [linuxfoundation.org #35878] [releng][opnfvdocs] Problem with Git/Gerrit/Jenkins

2017-01-26 Thread Aric Gardner via RT
Hi,

Looks like the merge job is doing the wrong thing.

its checking out the patchset, rather than what is in master.
since the patchset is from Dec 28, and does not touch
./docs/requirements/05-implementation.rst (which has been updated
since then)
git does not see a conflict with merging this code.

If you look at the console output for the merge job
https://build.opnfv.org/ci/job/opnfv-docs-merge-master/1232/console
its doing this. > git fetch --tags --progress
ssh://gerrit.opnfv.org:29418/$GERRIT_PROJECT refs/changes/65/24365/4 #
timeout=15
and it should be just doing a straight clone of whats in master (after
24365 is merged)

For now you can just submit a small change to doctor/docs/whatever and
then merge it, this will get the latest version of all rst files into
artifacts.

I will submit at change to jjb/opnfvdocs/opnfvdocs.yml to fix this
confusing behavior in the future.

Regards,
Aric

[opnfv-tech-discuss] [OPNFV Helpdesk #29825] [Pharos][DOCS]Use artifacts to update WIKI of Pharos Labs.

2016-11-04 Thread Aric Gardner via RT
Hi,

I have not heard back about this. I find the plugin unsatisfactory,
perhaps we can look at other solutions.

2016-09-15 Thread Aric Gardner via RT
Hi Julien

I installed the Trial version of the HTML include and replace macro

It can be used by typing {html include when editing a wiki page.

It seems to have some problems, but images are included.

In the settings I switched
includeStyles and includeScripts to false to remove errors.

Please try it out and let me know what you think.

Aric

Re: [opnfv-tech-discuss] [OPNFV Helpdesk #29341] [SFQM] contributor request

2016-09-06 Thread Aric Gardner via RT
Hi Taras,

I have sent you an invite to join the SFQM contributors group.

(opnfv-helpd...@rt.linuxfoundation.org ) if you have any further
questions.

Regards,
Aric

Hi Tim,

Updating you on current state of committers group.

thomas.mo...@orange.com has not accepted the invite, I have just resent it.

Current membership.

enikher Nikolas Hermannsnikolas.herma...@ericsson.com

jose.lausuchJoseLausuch jose.laus...@ericsson.com
premsankar74Prem Sankar Gopannanprem.sanka...@ericsson.com

The easiest way to remove di...@nuagenetworks.net is to ask him to step down,
and cc me on the response.
