• Required strong vertical focus in Billing and Financials

• Should be experience with configuring and implementing the new billing 
engine in CCB version 2.4

• Must be fluent with configuring complex RATES used by the new billing 
engine

• Must have good communications skills both Functional (able to drive 
business design discussions) and Technical (able to converse with Technical 
Designers on Algorithm needs)

*POSITION 01 - IT Testing with Break/Fix for Defect Management*

Note : Can consider USC / GC holders / H1b’s. 

*RESPONSIBILITIES:*

• Resolution to assigned defects will require Development & Unit Testing in 
a variety of technologies: Micro-Focus Cobol, Java (OUAF, CCB specific 
SDK), Config Tools, base CCB Configuration, Triggers/Stored Procedures, etc

• Understand and follow Defect Management Processes to provide resolution 
to assigned Defects. Follow version control and coding standards

• Produce Unit Testing documentation as input to code walk-through 
processes. And submit SCM (Software Configuration Mgmt) Migration Requests 
to the Tech Lead for approval.

*REQUIRED SKILLS* :

• Required hands-on development expertise in at least 2-3 of the 
technologies outlined on the Developer position.

• Should have CCB Functional Knowledge and Technical Capabilities

• Required detail oriented, quality focused

• Must have Break/Fix experience working with Defect Management processes



 

*POSITION 02 : Oracle CCB Developer at Atlanta, GA or Naperville, IL for 9+ 
months contract  *

Note : Can consider USC / GC holders / H1b’s. 

*RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Coding and Unit Testing of assigned Technical Designs.

• Understand and follow version control and coding standards.

• Produce Unit Testing documentation as input to code walk-through 
processes.

• Submit SCM (Software Configuration Mgmt) Migration Requests to CCB SME’s 
for approval.

*REQUIRED SKILLS*

• Required strong technical skills with extensive hands-on experience 
developing customizations for the Oracle Utilities Customer Care and 
Billing (CC) 2.4 application

• Required good knowledge of the Oracle Utilities Application Framework

• Required good understanding of relational database concepts, strong 
knowledge of the CC data model, advanced SQL skills, and good knowledge 
of Unix

• Required advanced knowledge in at least 2 of the following technologies:

 - CCB specific Micro-focus Cobol including multi]threaded high performance 
batch processing

 - CCB specific Java including Oracle Utilities SDK, Eclipse 3.7, and 
Hibernate Query Language, with experience writing high performance, 
multi]threaded, critical java application extensions

 - Oracle Database Components (Stored Procedures, Triggers, PLSQL, etc; 
Oracle 11g, 12c)

 - CCB Configuration Tools (Scripting(BS,SS), portals, UI maps, Zones)

 - Web based languages (e.g. XAI Web Services, HTML, XML, SOAP, JavaScript, 
etc.)

• Should have broad functional knowledge of CC in at least2- 3 core 
functional areas (Billing, Payments, Credit and Collection and Financials) 
including good knowledge of CCB Configuration

• Prefer with the ability to author detailed technical specifications from 
functional designs



 

*POSITION 03 : Oracle CCB Techno-Functional BILLING Designer at Atlanta, GA 
or Naperville, IL for 9+ months contract *

Note : Can consider USC / GC holders / H1b’s. 

*RESPONSIBILITIES:*

• All Responsibilities for CCB Technical Designer role, plus:

• CCB Configuration Analyst:

• Interpret Rates & Tariff documentation and translate this information 
into clear documentation on how rates need to be configured to achieve 
specific bill calculations

• Author Functional Design deliverables

• Conduct Functional Design Reviews with both business & IT

*REQUIRED SKILLS:*
