Note : Must be Local to FL !! * Required background: Knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of the system development life cycle; Ability to plan, organize, coordinate and prioritize work assignments; Ability to accurately estimate time requirements for Testing tasks for a project; Ability to manage all phases of testing (i.e. unit testing to user acceptance testing) Ability to evaluate and resolve computer application and system problems; Ability to relate to customers’ needs and perform duties in a service oriented manner; Ability to work effectively with users to identify and document testing requirements for the development and/or maintenance of computer systems; Ability to analyze processes and workflows to design effective testing solutions for the application; Ability to prepare computer program test plans and to create test databases and test environments; Must have 2 years’ experience with integration and data integrity testing. Must have experience with creating and executing manual test cases. Ability to understand coding requirements and practices, and be able to produce legible and complete test plan for developers, testers and users in a way that thoroughly captures all requirements and design of the product; Must be able to design and develop a testing strategy for complex enterprise level applications with many integrated modules and components.
