   - 10 + years hands on experience in .NET and ASP.NET/MVC development.

· Design software systems with various Microsoft technologies and
ensure compliance to all architecture requirements and validate tools

   - Participate in architectural meetings and analyze all technical
   requirements for Dot NET applications.
   - Review infrastructure for any issues and recommend solutions.
   - Establish architectural methodology of all deliverables.
   - Assist team in all design related activities, provide help in solving
   issues, perform code review, and provide guidance in any technical
   challenges.
   - Evaluate all Dot Net documents and record observation.
   - Understanding of .NET web services (SOAP and REST).
   - Experience with integration technologies such as web services and MSMQ
   a plus.
   - Experience tuning and troubleshooting applications and databases for
   performance.
   - In-depth knowledge of application security concerns and security
   technologies a plus (OWASP advisories, SAML, WS-Security, etc).
   - Able to use Visual Studio, the debugger, and built-in-tools, and
   provide training to other development resources.
   - Experience with TFS and JIRA a plus.
   - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
   - Ability to prioritize, status, and multitask and coordinate with
   various departments and analyze requirements of architectural team.

*Position Description:*

PURPOSE STATEMENT: Works independently to provide advanced technical
analysis, and application systems programming web development utilizing
state of the art Microsoft development tools to develop products for use by
the Judicial Branch.

*PRIMARY DUTIES*
This job may include the following job duties and is not an all-inclusive
list of all job duties that may be required.  Employees will be required to
perform other related duties as assigned.
• This position interacts in a team setting with co-workers including other
programmers, database administrators and business analysts.
• Develop software modules of high complexity and scope, while adhering to
documented development standards.
• Work independently to develop solutions for complex business and
technical problems.
• Innovate, design and develop web-based applications for Judicial Branch
using primarily Microsoft technologies.
• Support deployment of application into production and maintain
applications after release.
• Coordinate with other team members to brainstorm and create new processes
for the Judicial Branch to use in day to day operations.
• Work independently to develop solutions for complex business and
technical problems.
• Innovate, design and develop web-based applications for Judicial Branch
using primarily Microsoft technologies.

• Test developed applications for accuracy, efficiency, and stability.
• Coordinate with other team members to assist on a variety of other
development needs and practices.
• Mentor and train less experienced staff members.
• Assist on customer support issues resolving any application issues and/or
errors.

*REPORTING STRUCTURE*
A. Supervision Received: Applications Development Manager
B. Supervision Exercised: None, but could act as a technical team leader

*QUALIFICATIONS*
• Strong skills and experience in evaluating, conceiving, developing, and
implementing enterprise level web applications.
• Deep understanding of object oriented design principles.
• Solid experience with test driven development and full-stack testing
strategies.
