This project will have two development efforts that will be running in parallel. The development of a SQL solution that will functionally operate as the current mainframe application and the development of a SQL solution that will support the new education funding plan requirements if approved by the SC Legislature. We are particularly looking for a developer that has knowledge and experience with MVC 4.0 framework. This developer will be working as part of development team and responsible for the analysis, design, coding, unit testing and documentation of specific application components in support of SCDE EFA Replacement project assigned by the project manager.
