Roles are to help Train and Support roll out the SCM Modules to 13
Hospitals - all around NJ.

Hospitals are being phased in over 3 phases in 2017

Consultants need be able to create training materials;  tool (such as
PeopleSoft's UPK ) is NOT important..





Minimum Requirements:

   - At least 10 Years’ Experience Leading and Delivering PeopleSoft
   Training
   - PeopleSoft 9.1 ePro, PO, Inventory, AP, & GL Modules (GL is minor)
   - Development & Leadership of Overall Training Strategy & Plan
   - Application of Training Approach (ADDIE or similar)
   - Hand’s on Content Development using various methods including UPK, MS
   Word, PowerPoint, etc.
   - Training Content Delivery (Classroom, Virtual, and On Demand)
   - An strong understanding of organizational roles and PeopleSoft roles
   - Multiple Location Deployments
   - Hospital Experience a plus
