product. DES has procured Optimal IDM(OIDM) for authorization security. DES

application architect role.

Required Skills, and Abilities:
Over 7 years of lead .NET application design and development experience:
Including well experienced with Microsoft .Net Framework 4 .5+, VS 2013,

technical and analytical work architecting, developing, testing, and

system, ORBIT with a new development initiative to enhance the Self Service
portal.  The candidate will serve as part of a 16-person development team
overall, with this specific project's team being between 4 and 9

This position is for one (1) Architect –to work on the Qualified Voter File
(QVF) refresh project. QVF is an application used by election clerks and
Bureau of Elections staff to register voters, manage elections and support
clerks in the duties related to elections throughout the State. The
application is being written in web technologies using ASP.NET MVC 5, C#,
PL/SQL with an Oracle backend database. These positions, under State
direction, will code screens and functions within the system and perform
back end coding and development in a multi-tiered layers environment. These

Razor. We are looking for resources that have done new development, not

BACKGROUND: The Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) has
secured Federal grant funding from the Department of Health and Human
Services, Centers for Medicare  Medicaid Service (CMS. LARA and MSP have
an interagency agreement to improve security and turnaround times for the
receipt of criminal history responses by integrating a process of
electronic record delivery to replaced the existing process of hard copy
delivery via interdepartmental mail.

Project Objective:
This request would be to develop electronic delivery of Criminal History
Records directly to the Michigan Workforce Background Check System (MWBC)
along with participating in the process for the FBI rapback and to
integrate the FBI rapback process for the MWBC. Scope of Work:
Development - Develop web services to accept information from the MSP ALIAS
criminal history system and load into the MWBC Database.
Tasks: Gather Business Requirements through facilitated JAD Sessions.
Develop Design Architecture. Implement Design Test Design with End
Users.
