Work with the Central Office Business Systems Support Office to meet those needs. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to comprehensively and clearly communicate to a wide range of customer base is primary to this position. Must be able to interpret and communicate technical information both verbally and in writing. Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and prioritize work assignments. Ability to identify and define user needs and to analyze and design computer programs, in accordance with the Department's standards. Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming principles, design and practices. Must be able to code specifically in Visual Studio.NET or C#.NET at an intermediate level minimum. Will be required to code, thoroughly test, and debug applications using web based and object oriented programming languages.
