Job Description:

· Strong database analysis skills within multiple platforms – Oracle
preferred (e.g SQL Developer Tool - navigating, running big queries,
counting things that matter, joins, etc.)
· Experience with a billing system database in addition to ICOMS would be a
plus (e.g. CSG)
· Good understanding of or direct experience with biller migrations
· Expert level knowledge of standard cable industry processes and practices
such as equipment provisioning, department roles, sales channels, VOIP
order taking and delivery, statement presentation, etc.
· Experience with creating data mapping documentation
