*Job Description:*



The BA will be part of the CRM Team.  The candidate will be more business
and less technical.  Strong skill set on the BA side and work with the
business to help uncover the needs and help with the BAU work.  NOT a
Developer. The Business side works very close with the IT team.



Business: BAs (partner with the business)

•            *Business Analyst with a background in CRM and Salesforce.com*

•            Process of tools supporting Salesforce

•            Working the backlog and nurturing the maintenance of the
backlog

•            Any problems, defects or needs and possibly add as an
enhancement

•                    Build Dashboards

•                    Build Reports

•                    Organizing

•                    Opportunities/Requests

•                    Contacts/Accounts

•                    Prioritize, validating



*Required/Desired Skills:*

•         Manage the CRM backlog and move small enhancement requests
forward with the business as appropriate.

•         Work with Business Analysts by providing support to project
initiatives as required.

•         Interviews SME's and business managers concerning their business
processes, products, procedures and goals and works with them to identify
and document business requirements for complex business issues.

•         Offers recommendations on how to address complex issues,
considering technical and business process impacts.

•         Communicates with users on system status, including system
changes, problems, enhancements and potential impacts.

•         Develop and maintain a data management plan designed to ensure
information is accurate and reportable based on business needs.

•         Work with the business to help develop and/or maintain existing
dashboards and reports.

•         Leads group discussions such as demos, user meetings, project
team meetings, feedback sessions, focus groups and orientations.
Participates in and may lead sponsor and stakeholder meetings.

•         Knowledge and experience using Salesforce.com required. JIRA
experience preferred.

•         Manage backlog of tasks within Salesforce.com, assist team on
projects, run/pull reports from Salesforce.com, etc.

•         Bachelor degree in related field is preferred.
