Responsible for the analysis, design, testing and implementation of CQ component solutions. Ensures designs comply with organizational standards. Serves as consultant for department on web projects and mentors web designers and non-technical team members. Top Three Skills/Experience 1 Adobe CQ Developer Certification is required 2 Expert proficiency in all of the following: XHTML, XSLT, XML/XSL, CSS and JavaScript. 3 Strong experience using the following software programs: Fireworks, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Visio, Microsoft Project and Captivate. Required Skills/Experience 1. Gather requirements about Adobe CQ component requests from business stakeholders. 2. Create functional specification about how the requirements will be implemented in a way that does not deter performance and complies with industry best practices. 3. Develops and tests the Adobe CQ components in lower-tier environments. 4. Supports the migration of Adobe CQ components to production environment. 5. Serves as a code reviewer for other CQ developers. 6. Experience in JavaScript or Jquery, HTML and CSS 7. Participate in quality assurance and UAT testing and monitoring automated tools to improve and maintain quality standards. 8. Supports CMS publishing tools in conjunction with IT teams. 9. Perform other related duties as assigned. Educational Requirements -Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. -Adobe CQ Developer Certification is required -Three (3) to five (5) years of interactive design experience. -Usability Certification preferred.
