This role will facilitate development teams through the agile development process of backlog grooming, sprint planning and reviews, daily stand ups, retrospectives, impediment removal, etc. *Job Requirements:* · Certified Scrum Master with a minimum of two years serving as a Scrum Master. · Three or more years working in an agile development environment. · Champion and drive adoption/adherence of the Agile methodologies. · Participate proactively in developing and maintaining standards, tools and best practices. · Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies. · Track, monitor and communicate team metrics and progress. · Deflect team distractions, remove execution impediments and escalate issues appropriately. · Ensure transparency within and outside of team. · Maintain technical knowledge without being an expert. · May perform other duties as required. *Ideal Candidate* · Strong understanding and usage of Jira. · Experience with Scrum, Kanban and “ScrumBan”. · Proven track record of achieving results through others. · Successfully transitioned teams in the adoption of Agile methodologies. · Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
