* Position : ANDROID DEVELOPERLocation : Charlotte, NCDuration : 6+Months Need GC or USC only Responsibilities :*Consults with other members of the eBusiness team about processing needs, objectives, functions, features, and input and output requirements to develop functional requirements as well as provide support during business planning of new process solutions. Is responsible for and manages outside development teams. Determines development approaches by identifying and evaluating potential directions and alternatives; identifies problems and solutions. Performs business needs and technology assessments. Analyzes and estimates feasibility, costs, time, and compatibility with hardware and other programs. Works independently with limited supervision focusing on complex processing by analyzing, defining, and documenting requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environments, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls and outputs. Reviews application design for utilization of current and efficient technology. Provides direction and guidance for development team members during projects. Provides and reviews development estimates of time and resources for accuracy based on program / system specifications. Coordinates implementation of new applications. Reviews and revises implementation plans including testing, data conversion, migration, documentation, training, and contingency plans. Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems, or questions about applications. Communicates across functional areas related to both business units and information services.
