*Responsibilities: *
Liaison between the lines of business and the Development team
Analyzes Business Requirements to understand the business needs and to
determine how their applications can best functionally fulfill those needs
Combine knowledge of what the business wants with knowledge of how the
systems are built and used to create functional designs across applications
This high level functional design is used by BAs of all levels within the
group as a basis for their low-level functional design
Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members
This position should typically be used for an advanced or lead level
resource

Required Skills
Experience with mortgage/finance
active participant in waterfall / scrum project management environment

Contract.Rate : $45/hr C2CJob Description:-*Business Analysts gather and
document requirements and/or write epics and user stories for PCD approved
projects.
Create requirements documents that are clear and straightforward.  Use of
diagrams, tables, mock-ups and other methods to ensure requirements are
presented without ambiguity.
Create and maintain the project feature list.
Refine project charters to ensure scope and feature groups are clearly
identified and defined.
Communicate and document requirements changes appropriately to the project
team.
Adhere to all Barclays, Barclaycard, BCUS and BTG standards, policies and
governance practices.
Adhere to SDLC methodology, ensure requirements documentation complies with
SDLC and audit standards.
Ensure requirements documents are completed within the defined SLAs.
Work as a liaison among project stakeholders to elicit, analyze,
communicate and validate requirements for new functionality being created
by PCD and changes to business processes involving PCD.
Be the SME for business and functional domain knowledge within the PCD
verticals.
Contribute to and use best practices and standards including BCUS Values 
Behaviors.
Participate in the recruitment, on-boarding, coaching and training of new
FTE and contractors.
Adhere to administrative responsibilities according to prescribed timelines
including:
Performance Development Process
Timesheets
Required Training
Information Security and Acceptable Use Policies
