Immediate Need QA Lead - Interview ASAP !! Position: QA Lead Location: Cupertino, CA. Duration: 6 month *REQUIREMENT*: Minimum of 5 Years working directly with the Agile SDLC methodology Ruby on Rails and Cucumber Deep understanding of quality assurance and testing practices within the software development life cycle (SDLC) Experience running large (20+ testers) user acceptance test projects for large scale system deployments and business process re-engineering initiatives Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration of Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication and project management skills a must. Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner. Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability. Strong understanding of different software development life cycles (waterfall, iterative) and contemporary software quality assurance processes and automated tools. Knowledge of internet and e-business processes, disciplines and standards.
