*POSITION OVERVIEW:  Senior SAS Programmer, Direct Hire*

*SALARY:  *Targeting $110-$115, but are open higher salary for the right
person

*LOCATION:  *Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004



*REASON FOR OPENING:  Client* is looking to bring in a senior level person
to support current critical efforts and also to support a upcoming
projects.  Position is generally open due to company growth.

career goals.  The current SAS team is very cohesive.

*WORK ENVIRONMENT:*  Business casual

*HIRING PROCESS:  *Formal write-up with resume (I will provide a template),
phone interview, face to face interview, offer.  (If we are able to provide
a strong candidate, we can bi-pass the phone screen)

*MANAGERS’ NOTES:*

·        Platform:  Windows Based SAS 9.2 (this is not required for
candidates to have, but good info to know)

·        Selected individual will be writing code, as well as, using and
modifying existing code; about 50/50 split.  They will be setting up macros
and customizing existing systems:  some programming will be done from
scratch.  Will be working with graphs and interrupting data.  Must have a
firm grasp on quality standards

·        SAS Certificate is not required, but a nice to have

·        This person will be interacting with vendors and clients.  They
need to be able to communicate very effectively and cannot have an
extremely heavy accent that makes them difficult to understand on the
phone.  This is extremely important.

·        The core office hours are 9:00am-3:00pm; outside of those times,
the hours are somewhat flexible.

·        Right now they are looking for someone who can be in the office
every day.  If we find someone who is pushing to work remotely we still
submit them, however, they would need to spend at least the first 6 months
onsite full time to prove themselves.  *If we find someone like this that
is not local but willing to come for 6 months, we may have to contract them
for 6 months and then they would convert.  This would depend on whether or
not they require per diem for those 6 months.  We can discuss this if
needed.

·        Would ideally like someone with CRO experience, but will take
someone from pharma.

·        Must have lead or supervisory experience



*BENEFITS OVERVIEW:*  401K, vacation etc. Currently they have Independence
Blue Cross High Deductible plan (rates below). ACI pays for Vision, STD,LTD
and Life.

Single: $53.49

Employee/Spouse: $243.82

Employee/Child(ren): $ 206.42

Employee/Family: $265.82

*Dental Monthly Rates:*

Single: $8.19

Employee/Spouse:$16.08

Employee/Child(ren): $18.33

Employee/Family:$28.23
