*Principal Front End:*
- Senior front-end (lead) developer (JavaScript, CSS, HTML).
- Modern framework experience required (REACT, AngularJS, Angular 2,
etc.)
- Architect front-end applications.
- Have knowledge in JavaScript application development.
- Build using patterns (MVC, widgets, modular).
- Use modern JS frameworks and APIs.
- Possess style and UX skills.
- Provide analytical support to customer challenges, and offer
alternative solutions.
- Possess strong presentation skills.
*Principal Back End:*
- Experience in a product development and/or consultancy role.
- Experience with delivering Online Banking Solutions - understanding
high availability, money transaction, high security and high volume web
applications
- Ability to lead team as a application architect, getting into the code
level to support developers on syntax and technical design/approach
- Knowledge of up to date technology trends
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Maven, Jenkins, Docker
- A customer-focused and pragmatic solution finder
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The ability to guide development teams
*Principal DevOps:*
- You have designed and/or built mission critical services (large scale
internet or cloud-based services);
- Shell, scripting and Python programming experience;
- Expertise with Linux / Unix systems;
- Experience with any of configuration management tools (such as Puppet,
Chef, Ansible, Salt);
- Experience with any of continuous integration server (such as Bamboo,
Jenkins, TeamCity, GoCD);
- You love efficiency and find smart ways to automate tasks for you and
your team;
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts, experience with AWS, or Azure,
or GCE;
- Solid understanding of systems monitoring, alerting and analytics
(Zabbix, NewRelic, Cactai, Graphite, Log Stash, Nagios, Ganglia etc.);
- Proven experience with production systems and dealing with production
issues;
- Driven, focused self-starter who takes ownership;
- Extensive knowledge and experience with automation tools;
- Experience deploying to application servers such as Jetty, Tomcat,
JBoss, Websphere in enterprise environments, and working with Relational
and NoSQL Databases;
- Experienced with using Agile development methodologies;
- Excellent communication skills in English
· Very nice to have as well:
- Software development background is a big plus;
- Experience programming in Java;
- Insightful opinions about systems architecture;
· Experienced in developing custom solutions for systems
monitoring, deployments, continuous integration, etc.
*Mobile Developer:*
*iOS:*
Can build native apps for iOS using Objective-C/Swift and iOS SDK.
Communication in English
Presentation and training skills.
Minimum 6 years’ in-depth experience in native mobile software development.
Experience with Apple frameworks such as UIKit, Foundation, WebKit,
CoreData and third party frameworks.
Experience with networking, including security.
Experience with hybrid solutions such as rendering (complex) web pages.
Experience with git.
Experience with Scrum and Agile practices, automated testing and continuous
integration builds.
Experience with performance tuning, reusability and maintainability of
mobile applications and applying architecture design patterns.
· Android:
- Can build native apps for Android using Java and the Android SDK.
- Communication in English.
- Presentation and training skills.
- Minimum 6 years’ in-depth experience in native mobile software
development.
- Experience with libraries as Retrofit, Dagger, Gson, RxJava.
- Experience with Material Design.
