.Net technical resources that are heavy with SSIS development knowledge
(SSRS and SSAS are second important)
8+ years total IT development experience
7-8 years OOP/OOD background, including MVC, SOA, 3-tier Architecture
8 years SQL Server 2005/2008 (using SSIS/SSRS/SSAS and SQL Queries)
3+ years of Oracle DB experience 10g+, with PL-SQL
5+ years .NET development (4.0/3.5/3.0/2.0/1.1), LINQ, WPF/WCF
5+ years in C#, ASP.NET, (started development in classic ASP)
Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Test Driven Methodology
Experience with .NET Security features (Authentication/Authorization)
Experienced in extraction & migration of data from heterogeneous data
sources like Excel, MS Access, Oracle, DB2 to MS SQL Server by using
import/export Wizard, DTS/SSIS, BCP & Bulk Insert utilities

Pls note that this is a data migration project (Oracle to SQL). .NET skills
are important so as the writing SQL Queries and SSIS services.
We will be dealing with data extracts, transformations and loads from Oracle
database to SQL database.
