Please share suitable profiles to *mark.ev...@panzersolutions.com* *Job Title : GoldenGate Oracle Data Architect* *Location : Atlanta, GA* *Duration : 6+ Months Contract* *Skills & experience requirements: * The Oracle GG Analyst should have a minimum 8 solid years of supporting GoldenGate Softwware installations and tuning and 8 years of developing and/or supporting financial (card service) applications such as ACI/Base24, Connex/Advantage, etc. Needs a strong HP NonStope systems experience and knowledge including performance tuning. This individual should understand financial services as well as how to address quality issues within complex, heterogeneous environments. The ideal candidate will possess the capability to think outside of the box to identify or define processes that improve productivity and bring simplicity to managing complex business needs. Skills and experience requirements include: Excellent communications, consulting, and client relationship skills Ability to identify, collect, and analyze business requirements Ability to interface at various levels of organization to present process options, and provide guidance to the recommended option based on industry best practices, ROI and TCO dimensions Demonstrated ability to work independently and complete assigned project responsibilities under limited supervision Deep commitment and responsiveness to business needs, constraints, and tight timelines, while also managing their expectations for realistic cost and timeliness for process definition work Ability to balance between the ideal process and the business / customer needs V short-term and long-term Exceptional time management and organizational skills Ability to develop, plan and meet deliverables/expectations timely. Self-disciplined, self-motivated with ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes quickly Work in a fast paced environment with the ability to adapt and change priorities as the business needs change Ability to follow guidelines and work with others in a team environment.
