Ability to take direction from Management. Assume architect responsibility for two major core applications: Statewide Voter Registration and Campaign Finance Reporting Systems. Responsibilities/Duties: Understand requirements based on software system analysis, specification design & development services. Able to architect and develop web-based applications based on requirements. Keep managers informed on progress of projects and to identify potential problems early. Ability to program the more complex tasks for any project. Provide weekly status reports to project manager. Conduct Technical Interviews Performs other duties as assigned. H.S. + Technical Studies 6 mos. + Some College (3 yrs) 1 yr.+ Bachelor Degree 2 yr. + Major: 3 yr. + Advanced Degree 5 yr. + Comments: Candidates who have previous programming experience can waive the educational requirements.
