Location : San Diego,CA(Need Locals for an onsite interview)
Duration : 1+ year
Rate : $48/hr on C2C!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a senior web developer with extensive hands on
experience with development using .NET framework. Technical design
experience is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•7+ years experience as Web Application Software Developer with at least
50% time devoted to software development projects
•Highly proficient with. NET framework (3.5/4.0), ASP.NET framework, MVC,
HTML, Visual Studio, JAVASCRIPT and C# programming language
•Highly proficient with WCF web service architecture and .NET web service
programming techniques
•Experienced with LINQ and ORM tools, preferably EF.
•Experienced with T-SQL programming language and stored procedure authoring

•Excellent communication skills
•Expertly working with functional and technical project artifacts
(Requirements Definitions, Process Definitions, User Interface Design,
Technical Interface Specifications, Automated Test Scripts, etc.)
•Employing logical problem solving methods
•Employing task organization and estimation methods
•Consistently demonstrating attention to detail and quality
•Experience in developing application with VB is desired.
•Experience working with major project management methodologies (Agile,
etc.) and all phases of the SDLC process
•Working efficiently within a matrix management organization
•Understanding of tiered DMZ network layer is desired.
•Understanding major contemporary software/system design principles (SOA,
etc.)
•Understanding major business software application types (CRM, BRMS, etc.)

External facing application development experience with hosting Apps on DMZ.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and develop web based and desktop applications through collaboration
of user design specifications, user stories and Business Requirements
Document (BRD)
Consult with users, product marketing and product management to determine
software/system functionality and scope of technical specification document
(TSD)
Architect and design state of the art solutions
Assemble reusable class libraries and web services
Provide expert advice and consulting in maintenance and enhancement of
existing code within high transaction volume / highly availability
environment
Unit test developed code
Code deployment as required and compilation of deployment guide for
promotion of code from Dev , QA, Training and Production environments
Assume development lead role for large projects
Use discretion and expert judgment to establish level of effort for
development activities
Identify development tasks and track progress against project plans
utilizing TFS or other SDLC management tools
Assess new technologies relevant to company business, evaluate benefits and
outline presentation of new innovations to meet business objectives
Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management,  Developers, DBAs,
