This is a hands-on role, requiring comprehensive expertise in software
design and development, specifically in .NET, Java and SQL Server
application development products.

- C#

- MSBuild (preferred), Maven, Ant or other build scripting systems
- Software development methodologies and best practices
- Secure coding practices
*Education and/or Experience *
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or
university in computer science or closely related field and 5 or more years
of experience. Preferred experience includes 5 years of System Development
Life-Cycle experience working with large, complex systems and two years’
experience working on Agile Scrum teams.
