2 years of experience in end to end BIDW design & implementation

*J2EE*(L1)-Should be aware of the fundamentals and basics on *J2EE *Overview,
Architecture*,Components, Clients, Containers, Technologies (overview of
HTML, Javascript,JDBC, JSP, Servlets, Struts, XML,EJB*,?..), Request
handling and codingknowledge. Should understand - what is unit testing
(Screen testing, Classtesting etc. what to use when) ****

Branding and Thought Leadership(L1)-Participate in conferences, blog,
publish white papers, conduct PoV sessionsfor customers ****

Hibernate Persistence Framework(L2)-Programmer: Should be able to write
programs independently. Hibernate: Goodunderstanding of Hibernate
features, Usage, Hibernate Architecture and Session.Coding using POJOs,
Mapping file, Config file, DAOs & Clients. Knowledge onhigh level topics
such as Transaction Management, Managing cache & Lazyloading. Able to
define annotations in the data objects and generate thehibernate config
files. Should know how to write and execute unit test cases. ****

Spring(L3)-Technical Lead: Should be able to design, develop, debug
programsindependently and mentor others. Strong understanding of Spring
components,architectural layers of spring application and its advantages
and knowledge inIntegrating with other frameworks, Implementing EJBs, JMX
support, sendingemail, scheduling jobs, exception handling, testing.****
