*Qualifications Required:*

Qualifications of staff to be placed at SIUC CWD to include experience
equivalent of a technical lead with at least 5 years of experience leading
enterprise scale web and mobile application projects.

In-depth experience developing custom asp.net applications using most
current technologies identified with section  including: Visual Studio,
SharePoint 2013 for public-access web applications, claims-based
authentication, identity proxy, single-sign-on, and role management,
authenticated user interface utilizing current technologies identified in
section 1.2.

Experience with enterprise system data migration processes to SharePoint
2013.

Experience implementing the Learning Registry (http://learningregistry.org/)
for consuming and publishing metadata and paradata, open metadata
frameworks for learning standards and competencies, and open metadata
models for educational and workforce systems.
