*Job Title:**Oracle Database Architect* * * *Location;NYC * * * *Duration;Long term * * * *Atleast 10+ years experience in Designing, Implementation and Deployment of Oracle database 10g/11g in a large distributed environment and will work closely with the Oracle database team.* *- Extensive experience in Oracle Real Application Cluster (RAC) and Dataguard on both 10g and 11g a must.* *- Experience in performance optimization, security and auditing and SQL tuning.* *- Experience in designing active/active solution a plus.* *- Experience in disaster recovery concepts and design strategy.* *- Extensive experience in working with linux and solaris.* *- Experience in a virtualized environment via VMware a plus.* *- Develop and document database design and architecture.* *- Strong management, collaboration and team building skills and demonstrated experience working with both technical and non-technical staff. * *- Excellent analytic, organizational, and facilitation skills, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks, resolve or escalate issues and risk, direct priorities, all under tight deadlines.* *- Ability to operate across multiple tasks concurrently and assume the responsibility for the appropriate technical and architectural implementation of projects.* -- *Looking forward to working with you...
