Description:

 The Business Intelligence Architect is responsible for defining Data
Warehouse or Data Mart solutions that deliver diverse business intelligence
and reporting capabilities for use in our customer facing solutions, custom
projects, and ad-hoc analysis. This includes establishing architecture and
standards, metadata strategy, data quality strategy, ETL, Master Data
Management (MDM), as well as Information Integration strategy and
standards. The ideal candidate works closely with Development, Systems, and
other technical and business teams to deliver Business Intelligence
solutions that are reliable, flexible, and scalable.



Duties:



• Leverage data architecture and warehousing skills to build a leading edge
Business Intelligence platform encompassing the entire life-cycle including
data integration, transformation, logical and physical design implementing
industry best practices

• Collaborate with teams and other stakeholders to assess business and
system requirements to develop and implement scalable Business
Intelligence, Dashboard and reporting solutions that meets current and
future needs

• Collaborates with the technical team and product management in the design
and development of custom Business Intelligence dashboards, metrics and
reports.

• Gathering and analyze business requirements and transforming them into
innovative BI solutions

• Lead Data Mart Dimensional Modeling efforts including defining the Data
Model Design and Naming standards from the Database to the BI Layer to
ensure consistency

• Creation and maintenance of physical data models with Oracle RDBMS

• Creation and maintenance of data dictionary for data models

• Participate in the design, development, documentation and application of
best practices and procedures

• Document and diagram the proposed solutions to present to IT groups and
project stakeholders; prepare functional specifications and data
dictionaries.

• Strong design and development experience in Tableau
