Position: SR Project Manager Location: Salem Oregon, Duration:6 months W2 or CtC candidates ok. OREGON RESIDENTS highly desired. This is for the State of Oregon, & they usually ONLY hire local Oregon residents. Looking for IT Project Manager to work in Salem, Oregon from about May 19, 2014 to 11/18/2014 for one of our premier direct clients. Work on site Monday through Friday. Note: Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug test Note: USMt nor our client will pay for travel, so local to Salem or OREGON is best. PROJECT NEED: • Our client is looking to hire an IT Project Manager for an On-line custom software solution project. Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. QUALIFICATIONS: • Project Management- at least 5 years • MS Project - at least 5 years • Consolidation and Planning - at least 5 years • Contract Negotiations - at least 5 years • Proposal Writing - at least 5 years • MS Project Server HIGHLY DESIRED PMP or other project manager certification Experience managing large complex multi-million dollar projects implementing COTS, developing custom software solutions. Experience with organizational transformations Government experience desired.
