*Duration: 6 Months* *Start*: ASAP *Positions: 2* * * *Job Description:* * * - Must have 7+ years recent experience developing Oracle applications - Must have 2+ years of ‘Recent’ experience developing Oracle applications in a‘Major’ Bank or Brokerage house* *specifically in 12g / R12 hosted on Exadata X2-2 appliances.** - Must have experience with Smart Scans and be able to leverage this feature. - Must have recent experience writing and reading pl/sql and how to reduce context switching. - Must have recent experience, understand, and be able to explain Index usage for Exadata and where it’s applicable and where it is not and options available. - Must have recent experience ‘Tuning’ Exadata and be able demonstrate previous exposure. - Must have recent experience with Data modeling. - Must have ‘Recent’ experience with test driven development - Must have ‘Recent’ experience with Scrum methodologies. - Must have excellent communication. - Demonstrate the ability to read execution plans and tuning methodology for sql statements. - Must have experience with join types and conditions and their usage. - Have an understanding of the wait interface and common events and resolution methods.
