Minimum Qualifications Previous role as SAP technical all rounder to provide support and guidance to SAP Basis team or large contribution to several SAP Basis projects. 3+ years experience as an SAP Basis Administrator or expert. SAP applications operating system administration (IBM AIX and SUN Solaris). Demonstration of the following key leadership behaviors: Change/process improvement, problem solving, information-sharing and planning/organizing. Experience: 3-5 years of progressively responsible relevant work experience in information technology with 3 years experience in end-to-end development, implementation and support of SAP R/3 systems in a Unix environment working with current release of SAP, Oracle database and tool sets. Education: BA/BS and/or MS/MA degree from an accredited college or university majoring in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
