Job Title : Business Analyst Location : Louisville, KY Duration : 6+Months *NEED ONLY US Citizen with Security Clearance* *Max rate : $30/hr on C2C/1099* *Job Description: * The Business Analyst serves as a liaison between the internal/external business clients and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. An ideal candidate can demonstrate the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization, manage those changes and educates the IT organization on the direction of the business. To be successful in this role, one must have the knowledge and background of technologies and tools and understanding of business, market and industry issues facing a specific business unit or function(s). Typical duties to include: Gathers information about the organization’s work processes and information flows. Supports several simple to moderately complex business processes. Documents existing process in technical model format in order to evaluate and define new IT solutions and implementation processes. Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business groups supported to enhance the enterprise’s competitive edge. *Required Skills & Experience * 5+ years as a Business Analyst in software development environment.
