Will accept any suitable combination of education, training and experience. 4 plus years experience in IT systems design and development preferably in medium to large corporate environments including 1+ year with Enterprise adopted toolset. 4 plus years experience in PeopleSoft development, with broad range of technical PeopleSoft knowledge including: SQR, PeopleTools, Application Designer, Component Interface, Integration Broker, App Engine, Process Scheduler, and/or Query. 1+ years experience in a Linux/Oracle environment. Experience in PeopleSoft HCM including North American Payroll, Benefits Administration, eComp, ESS, MSS, Absence Management and HRMS preferred. Experience in Taleo TCC and/or Tibco toolset desired. Experience in human resources, logistics and/or transportation management and business analysis is desired. knowledge and skills with the Enterprise adopted toolset. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills in customer settings and with internal management. Facilitation and presentation skills preferred. Knowledge of basic business principles and transportation management. Solid knowledge of IT software development life cycle methodologies and processes. Well developed time management and prioritization skills. Demonstrated analytical capabilities. Ability to manage customer expectations. Ability to learn and understand functionality of multiple related systems.
