• Experience in analyze business requirements and designs,
Development activities, Demonstrates good understanding of the product

• Perform Coding & Unit testing,  Reviews (Code / Design), Resolve
any technical issues, implementation / deployments

• Guide the onsite and offshore team technically

• Onsite and offshore coordination

o   Knowledge Management – setting up process, act as an escalation contact
for team and make sure that team is delivering

o   Closely work with onsite manager on planning, customer communication
and issue resolutions.

Required Skills: Minimum 8 + Years’ experience

• Oracle Forms 10g/11g

• Oracle D2K development

• Oracle SQL, PL/SQL

• Knowledge on Reports 10g

• Experience with complex dynamic SQL, packages, PL/SQL, stored
procedures, and triggers
