Job Tittle : SAP SD Business Systems Analyst Location: Columbus, OH. Duration: 12+ Months Contract. Rate :DOE. ***ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING TO BE TECHNICALLY TESTED TO BE CONSIDERED.*** *Description:* Business Systems Analyst (SBA) is to ensure that the business and technical objectives are met including SAP configurations. The SBA should also work to develop an understanding of the various business processes involved in the functional area they are aligned with and work to improve those processes with the solutions they implement. A SBA must conduct thorough business process analysis to understand existing workflows and systems, document current processes and systems, create requirements for new processes, develop use cases, and manage requirement changes. Furthermore, a BA provides functional support for various Enterprise Applications systems by acting as the liaison between the business and technical teams to identify, analyze, and translate requests into specifications, use cases, and business processes. *Qualifications/Skills Requirements:* •Required: 3+ years of experience in SAP SD configuration. •Required: Experience on Order to Cash process with specific focus on integration with sales orders, deliveries and invoicing. •Required: Knowledge of customer master data structures including customer hierarchy, pricing structures and conditions. •Required: Knowledge of output condition records and forms related to the Order to cash process. •Required: Knowledge of standard SAP reporting related to the Order to Cash process. *Desired: * •Experience with the organizational structures and assignments related to the Sales and Distribution module. •Experience with business critical applications. •Excellent written and oral communication skills. •Attention to detail. •Organizational skills. o Problem solving skills. •Ability to prioritize workload and to multi-task. o Demonstrated participation in full software development life cycle (ASAP) •Ability to deal with ambiguity. •Ability to work autonomously with minimal direct supervision. •Presentation skills. •Demonstrated understanding of financial implications of projects. •Innovative, creative, flexible. •Risk management abilities. •Ability to work in fast paced, high stress, deadline driven environment. *Desired * •Project management experience. •Experience with customer-facing applications. * Thanks & Regards....?
