Position: Business Analyst Location: Halena, MT Type: Contract *Duration: 6 + Months* PHOTO ID & VISA COPY MUST *NO OPT Please* Job Description: 1. Five years’ experience as a Business Analyst 2. Knowledge of State Government, motor vehicle driver licensing, or driver monitoring systems/law 3. Experience with 3M Motor Vehicle System (MVS) desired 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 5. Strong analytical and management skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts 6. Proven leadership skills, including the ability to gather clear business requirements. 7. Proficiency in MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook) and Visio 8. Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions 9. Experience working with uses cases, test plans, and test cases 10. Serve as a bridge between business and Information Technology (IT) staff 11. Proven ability to develop, document and maintain operational policies and procedures 12. Model and simulate business processes 13. Work independently or as part of a team to identify inefficiencies 14.
