Only candidates meeting the requirements will be interviewed and the interview process will terminate once a candidate suitable for the position is found. - Minimum of 7 years of work experience as programmer/analyst - Must have 4 years of Web and Report design and development experience - Required experience with Crystal Reports (version 10), ASP.NET, VB.NET, Visual Studio .NET, JavaScript, VBScript and Visual Basic - Must have excellent SQL Server skills (MS SQL & SSIS) - Must be well organized, able to work with minimal supervision and be detail oriented - Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to effectively interact with customers, support staff, and various levels of management Additional Skills (Skills that are a plus, but not required) The following additional skills are preferable. - Microsoft Project and Office experience is a plus - Familiarity with Environmental applications is also a plus Assignment This assignment is to support the Environmental, Health and Safety department by maintaining and enhancing their applications. The applications vary in size and criticality. The analyst's assignment will be to gather requirements from users, design, develop and present solutions to users and at times upper management. Final implementation is also this analyst’s responsibility in coordination with the rest of the team. The analyst will work as part of a team of analysts supporting EH&S but the majority of the assignments will be worked on independently. Also, the analyst will be required to develop detailed test plans for the work that he/she does and the systems he/she supports.
