Experience Required : · Sound knowledge of Web Applications and
Architecture
· Sound knowledge of application and Web Servers ( Tomcat / Weblogic)
· Sound DBMS knowledge (Oracle)
· Good working experience with DB tuning
· Ability to carry out development work using customization within
application or using APIs.
· Ability to work across multi layers of application: DB, App server, OS.
· Sound knowledge of Integration using EAI or SOA.
· Knowledge of performance parameters in web app and database.
Roles & Responsibilities : · Application and integration
architecture
· DB tuning and performance analysis
· Vendor communication
· Troubleshoot issues and work with vendor to fix
· Documentation per standards
· Customizations & Enhancements the app per requirements
· Work with infrastructure team
· Work with app owners and stakeholders for appropriate set up
Generic Managerial Skills : · Ability to influence the
stakeholders
· Good communication & coordination skills.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
