*JOB DESCRIPTION: *



Senior / lead level position as a member of the Software Quality Assurance
(QA) team, the Performance Test Engineer will be responsible for development
and implementation of automated performance testing solutions and services
used for systematically testing software across all product lines and
platforms. As a member of the Performance Engineering team, he/she will work
collaboratively with members from all departments to create and conduct
tests to quantify and improve various performance characteristics of
products.

Designs and develops performance testing automation artifacts (scripts,
functions, scenarios, processes) for simple to complex testing situations
using various tools (primarily HP LoadRunner).

*JOB REQUIREMENTS*: - 7 to 10 Years of technical testing or web development
experience with recent experience involving performance testing or
performance engineering. // - Knowledge of performance test automation tools
and effective implementation techniques. // - Specific experience and c!

 ompetency using HP LoadRunner to create and execute performance tests and
analyze and report results. // - Advanced knowledge/experience with design
and development of performance tests using LoadRunner

Experience with deploying/maintaining web applications.

Knowledge of HTML, JVM, JSF, Weblogic, WebSphere, JBoss, and related
technologies.

Experience with Windows tools and utilities (DOS, regedit, remote desktop,
VNC, etc.)

Experience with configuring server technologies and operating systems
-Windows, LINUX, UNIX, VMWare, Cache // - Familiarity with Web Services -
Server, OS, and/or tool certifications.

Strong technical and testing skills. Knowledge of various software testing
strategies and approaches.

Experience with Web application technologies and layered architectures.

Experience with F5 / Load Balancer testing

Strong understanding of Oracle database and constructing/executing SQL
queries

Experience with Oracle database performance monitoring/tuning tools. // -
Strong understanding of SQL Server database and constructing/executing SQL
queries

Experience with SQL Server performance monitoring/tuning tools. // -
Experience with UNIX (Sun Solaris/HP) server navigation; Experience running
batch commands and reviewing output, logs, etc. on the UNIX platform. -
Experience with Windows Server navigation; Experience running batch commands
and reviewing output, logs, etc. on the Windows platform. // - Requires
little supervision, can work independently and collaboratively. // - Ability
to communicate and document project status and complex issues effectively to
various stakeholders.

Description:
QA Testing Analyst I participates in application analysis, test planning
development, test case creation, test script development, test execution,
defect tracking and reporting for several disclosure related projects. The
analyst will have a liaison role between the business and the technology
team.

Responsibilities:
Develop automated test scripts for data validation of large quantities of
data utilizing Access and Quick Test Pro.
Prepare UAT test planning documents in Quality Center and Requisite Pro /
Doors
Prepare UAT test cases in Quality Center and Requisite Pro / Doors
Perform user acceptance testing
Coordinate user acceptance testing with final users
Establish, prioritize and track roadmap of business initiatives and
technology changes. Track project execution.
Assist unit staff by developing reports, analyses or dashboards from systems
and applications. Create, design, and format technical specifications to
describe required changes for development, QA, and other units.
NOTE: Excellent programming skills in Access database and in Quick Test Pro
( QTP) required. Excellent communication, detail oriented and analytical
skills are necessary. UAT testing of web based systems required. Mortgage
industry experience is preferred. Prior Fannie Mae contractor experience
preferred.
Must also have expertise in Quick Test Pro , Access, Quality Center and
Requisite Pro and / or Doors. Exposure to WinMerge is extremely beneficial
