The duties of this position will include:
·Development and support using SAP HCM
·Ability to recommend standard SAP solutions to meet business
requirements
·Production support of other HR applications including web and
legacy applications
·Support existing and new interfaces between SAP and other HR
applications
·Configuring SAP system settings and options, primarily in the HR
module
Planning and executing unit and system testing

Qualifications

*EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE*:
Bachelor degree or equivalent with a minimum of 12+ months of SAP project
experience in SAP HR modules
   *
Required Skills*

·Strong experience in SAP configuration for HCM
·Understanding of touch points between SAP HR and other modules
(FI/CO)
·Project Lifecycle as it relates to requirements gathering, testing,
delivery and QA
·Experience with bi-directional interfaces with SAP
·SAP version 4.6c and ECC 6.0
·SAP eCATTs
·Possesses the skills and experience to research system issues and
determine root cause, frequently under time pressure
·Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
·Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously *
