 Our client is moving to a new manager reporting system, so they need a
data architect to design the information warehouse. They haven't picked a
tool yet, and do not have an information warehouse today. They currently
use a copy of their transactional system, which is not tuned to reporting.

 This consultant would work with DBAs, functional team, and manager
reporting teams to understand data sources, and understand their strategy
for designing the data warehouse. Responsibilities will include designing
and developing data warehouse environments, gathering system requirements,
reporting, data modeling, and data integration.

Higher Education and data warehousing in a LARGE scale environment is also
required.

 Must:
 Senior Oracle Data Warehouse Architect
 Data Warehouse development experience
 Understanding of the full lifecycle
 Experience with multi-dimensional databases
 Large Scale Data Warehousing environments
Higher Education

 Huge Plus:
 Oracle EBS- Financials and HR

of tools for system performance analysis of our enterprise platform and
service offerings.  The successful applicant will have experience setting
up and interfacing with large databases, and will have some working
knowledge of networking and communication systems. This will involve the
analysis of algorithms, software architecture, software design,
implementation, test and integration. You will interface with
interdisciplinary teams including systems, production software, and
stakeholders. Your "can do" attitude and the drive to learn new things will
help continue to drive success. You will work with on-site and offshore
teams

*Requirements*



   - 7+ years’ experience including team lead experience
   - Proficient in at least one modern programming language, such as Java,
   C#, or C++
   - Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design(OOD), design
   patterns, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and
   complexity analysis
   - Strong problem solving and communication skills
   - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar discipline

   - The application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to work
   under general supervision to monitor software quality and associated
   business/technical risks across the software development lifecycle.
   - Define and analyze technical risk for new and/or modified software
   products, then document, perform and interpret functional tests to mitigate
   risk.
   - Perform varied and complex assignments of the software testing
   functionality.
   - Investigate and resolve operational problems in conjunction with other
   technical personnel.
   - Prepare recommendations for testing and documentation procedures to be
   used in the product design phase through the initial production.

*Functional Experience:*

   - 1- 2+ years in QA

*Finance Industry:*

   - 3+ years Financial Services industry experience
   - Responsible for performing and leading the integration, system, and
   regression testing of software for both manual and automated test
   execution.
   - Entering and managing defects to completion.
   - Interact with the product delivery team; participate in product
   requirement/design reviews to provide input on completeness of functional
   requirements, product designs, and schedules.
   - Identify interdependencies, ambiguities or omissions, and make
   suggestions to improve requirements and ensure
   usability/testability/traceability within the agile feature team.
   - Plan test schedules in accordance with project scope and agile
   delivery expectations.
   - Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, and/or procedures to determine
   product quality or release readiness.
   - Develop testing scenarios/cases to address areas such as database
   impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, End to End and integration
   testing, boundary/negative testing, error or defect retests, usability;
   including automated scripts.


*Risk Management: *

   - Demonstrated ability to shape risk based testing approaches/plans

*Tools: *

   - Deep experience with automated Tools like QTP and Selenium (1-3+ years
   preferred)
   - COF Experience desired but not required
   - Ability to write and analyze test reports across a broad audience
   - Ability to present recommendations to a senior audience
