*****Immediately Needed A Consultant***** PeopleSoft Benefits Consultant with Cobol Location: Morristown, NJ Duration: 6+Months w/ option for additional time Project Description: The Programmer/Analyst will be responsible for maintenance/support and new development related to all applications - PeopleSoft Benefits Technology Requirements: Must have 3-5 yrs of PeopleTools Application Designer (for developing PeopleCode programs) Must have PeopleSoft COBOL and SQR programming language Analyze existing programs and applications Formulate logic for new programs, applications, and systems, including procedures and flowcharting Develop data conversion and system implementation plans Prepare and obtain approval of system and programming documentation Recommend changes in development, maintenance and system standards Experience maintaining PeopleSoft Benefits Administration COBOL program Knowledge of PL/SQL programming and Stored Procedures Must have strong understanding & hands on experience with Benefits Annual Enrollment Make programs and applications production ready by moving them to libraries, following procedures, and completing version controlled forms and documents Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
