Act as the liaison between cross-functional groups by planning, conducting,
and directing the analysis of business problems related to providing
Customer Care for Telecommunications customers, Lead Requirements-gathering
process, manage requirements development and provide Business client
support, Work with other business systems analysts and the development team
in converting the business solution into technical designs, Create and
manage Requirements documentation for the project, Utilize strong
analytical skills to generate metrics/reporting to assist with business
decisions, Technical writing to update user guides / manuals, as well as
application orientation manual.
