Knowledge in the Healthcare Group Insurance industry and understanding of its terminology is a plus. Essential Skills Required: 1. 7 – 8 years of WebSphere Message Broker (WMb) development 2. Strong technical expertise in ESQL 3. Analysis, Design and Development experience using standard project methodologies. 4. Self-starter able to take initiative and operate with minimal supervision. 5. Prior experience with Off-shore team coordination 6. Well versed with XML related technologies like DTDs, XML Schema, XPath and XSL. 7. Experience working on Unix/Linux platform, knowledge of commands, shell scripts etc. 8. Strong programming Knowledge and hands on skill in using ESQL and Java 9. Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills 10.
