Crystal Reports Developer
6-12 +Months Contract
Greensboro, NC
*Position Responsibilities*
Work with business analyst team to develop report specifications for the
design and development of Crystal reports.
Write stored procedures in SQL to collect data for reporting.
Work with end users to troubleshoot report problems and resolve issues.
Maintain, test and upgrade existing reports.
Develop, test, implement, maintain, document and establish SOP’s for
report development.
Provide report support and training to end users and support staff.
*Position Requirements & Specifications*
Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline
Minimum of 5 years experience in Crystal Reports development of multi-user
environment
Knowledge and understanding of relational databases (MS-SQL Server)
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Customer service focus
Expert experience with structured query language (SQL), stored procedures,
and Crystal Reports 11 - 2008
Strong problem-solving skills
