Performing the System refreshes based on project need. Monitoring and performance tuning of a. ECC, BW, SRM, PI, BI, EP and Solution Manager. Installation of SAP Support Packages and Kernel Patches. Support pack application as needed. General technical problem solving System copies and landscape synchronization Support the Transport Management system. SAP portal experience. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
