*SQL Server DBA
Philadelphia, PA (F2F Required)
6+ Months*
*Qualifications*:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a similar
discipline is required coupled with the desire to succeed in an enriching
development environment
Demonstrated skills in the development and maintenance of enterprise-level
systems
4+ years proficiency in technical development experience in a team
environment
3+ years of demonstrated experience as an Application DBA, specifically the
design and implementation of data driven web applications and proven
abilities to analyze and write Data Definition Language (DDL) and Data
Manipulation Language (DML) scripts
SQL Server 2008 or better required
Experience with Oracle database technologies is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in SSIS, SSRS, T-SQL, and performance measuring and
tuning is required.
Microsoft certification: MCTS SQL Server 2008 or better preferred.
Experience in Business Intelligence or Data Warehousing is a plus.
Experience with RedGate or other database management tools is required.
Experience with Microsoft Development technologies such as C#, WCF, Web
Services, ASP.NET, JavaScript and Object Oriented Development is preferred
Demonstrated experience working with Unicode and international character
data sets is preferred
Leadership in solution design and development and compliance to SDLC
enterprise standards
Demonstrated experience in collaborating with stakeholders and business
process owners is a must
Experience with creation and maintenance of functional and/or technical
specifications is required
Experience with change control processes, code migration and management
tools is required (ITG, TFS, etc)
Experience with ERP Systems (Oracle, SAP, other)or equivalent demonstrated
experiencein general business concepts (including general ledger, accounts
payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, purchasing, receiving,
inventory) is a plus
Experience with Testing Tool Suites (Microsoft, Quality Center, Telerik,
etc..)
Creative and flexible in attitude and style to adapt to new situations in a
rapidly changing, dynamic environment
Strong oral and written communications skills
