Position : OBIEE Project Manager
Location : Buffalo, NY
Duration : 12 months
Interview Mode : Phone Interview or Skype Conference
Our client is in the process of implementing OBIEE and data warehouse. Our
client went into production in January of this year with the first phase of
functionality. They are now seeking a Project Manager to manage the next phase
of implementation as well as production support of the first phase, using
in-house functional and technical resources. The selected candidate will be the
main interface between user’s and the technical team. Additionally the
candidate will define, document, schedule, implement, and deploy second phase
of implementation as well as enhancements to the existing functionality, this
includes assigning support tasks to the team; managing schedule and tasks to
complete enhancement work; leading the requirements gathering process for new
reporting and analytic needs.
Technical Requirements:
· Significant “Hands On” Project Management experience with the
capabilities to lead a small technical team
· 7+ years of OBIEE knowledge at the Functional level
· Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, ETL, Business Intelligence
· Preferred that the candidate possess a Financial Data background
· Strong customers facing capabilities to be able to successfully
extract requirements from users’ s & translate them into solutions in the
application
