Broad knowledge of testing methodology, techniques and tools
Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as lead complex testing
initiatives and projects
Specific Web Application testing experience
Specific Data Warehousing testing experience
Excellent MS SQL skills and Knowledge
Excellent understanding of Relational Database Design and Protocols
Demonstrated experience with and knowledge of Agile Development Methodology
Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
Previously responsible for test cases creation, execution and reporting
Experience reviewing cross discipline deliverables
Demonstrated People skills
Highly analytic, needs to be able to independently analyze test results and
be confident making decisions and recommendations
*Qualifications*
Experience testing EDI transactions 837 I, or Medical Claims Process testing
Working knowledge of the Commonwealth's MMARS accounting system
Working knowledge of the EOHHS Medicaid Data Warehouse or MMIS system
Experience with Test tools such as Clear Quest, Reqpro, Test Manager, Robot
and Mercury Interactive Tools
Experience mentoring colleagues on creation of cross discipline UP
deliverables
Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related field
