DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Provide after hours support · Identify changes or additions needed to the current architecture to best support · current and future business application needs · Participate in the introduction and integration of multiple new technologies on all · system platforms · Perform system and client copies · Perform system patching · Apply OSS notes as needed · Performs other related duties as required *Position Requirements and Technical Skills:* MANDATORY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE · Four years experience in SAP basis administration · SAP experience in a UNIX (preferably HP-UX) and Windows environment. · Ability to solve problems, both technically and operationally. · Experience with SAP Netweaver · Advanced knowledge of SAP R/3, CRM, ERP, BW and E-Portals · Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) in general · Knowledge of SAP Enterprise Services Architecture in particular · Ability to communicate technical information verbally and in writing · Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others, as well as work unsupervised when needed · Able to teach and share technical knowledge · Ability to map business processes to technology - particularly SAP technology · Knowledge of the SAP IT Practices / IT Scenarios and how to map those to the Department's business processes · Knowledge of the SAP products Solution Manager · Knowledge of the Computing Center Management Services (CCMS) · Knowledge of the System Landscape Directory (SLD) · Knowledge of the SAP Enterprise Portal architecture and administration · Hands on experience with SAP system patching (executable upgrades) · Hands on experience with SAP system and client copies · Hands on experience with SAP transport management system (Revtrac experience preferred). *NOTES* Three (3) references are required.
